Thalassophile is our Rotating Hop Series DDH New England Style IPA. This beer will rotate though different combinations of two hop variants.

Up next is Galaxy & Nectaron, combining the passion fruit, citrus & peach profile of the Galaxy hops with the pineapple, stone fruit, sweet grapefruit and even more peach from the Nectaron.

This version once again doubles down on flavors, but this time peach is the spotlight. The finish is crisp and fruity with a subtle drying bitterness.
